Little Mystical's Tahitian Thunder Hot Sauce [4/10 heat] *Scovie Award Winner!*

Winner! second place in the fruit hot sauce category of the 2023 Scovie Awards 

Winner! 3rd place in the 2022 Spicy Flave Awards in the Mild hot sauce category.

This is my first fruit based hot sauce. Lots of great flavors going on!

It is named after my female rescue Yorkie. Her official name is Princess Leia Organa, but she has many nicknames, which keep morphing. First it was Little Miss. Then Little Miss Tickles. Then Little Mystical (yeah, we're weird). She definitely has the demeanor of a spoiled princess, so this sauce is named for her!

Ingredients: local hot peppers (habaneros, other hots), white vinegar, onion, pineapple juice, mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, melon, carrots, lime juice, garlic, agave syrup, salt.
Heat: 4/10.
